With this video, I just want to pay my respects to this game. Is it dead online? Relatively. Even compared to Heroes of the Storm - yes, dead. But you still can play online. The matches searching for 30 seconds to 5 minutes. A maximum of 10. The game is lost all it's hope to resurrect. But the main thing is just to be able to play whenever you want. Why do you need to play only and exactly popular games? Do you still dream of becoming an esports athlete? Just play for fun when you want and that's it. By the way, Battlerite is a good reaction and positioning simulator, your esports trainer.

Unfortunately, it is a pity that the developers did not finish the pool of characters to at least close the empty cells.
I am also embarrassed that there are so many leavers in current matches.

What went wrong? It's a tough question. I'm not sure. Probably just a lack of PR. In fact, the peak of 44,000 online users was in November 2017. That means most players didn't even know about the game or try it.

Why did the game lose online?
1. No PvE at all.
2. Quickly dophamine from kills, but there is nothing to farm like in MMOs.
3. Few characters, modes (In Bloodline Champions, even more)
4. Hard to improve your skill (nervous). Need to learn, train through pain. People dislike losing to strong opponents as noob sh1t. Perhaps the rank system like in Bloodline Champions was missing.
5. Alternatives with large online always steal online from smaller projects / servers. Therefore, it is necessary to continue inviting new players.
6. The developers simply abandoned the project. No one wants to go where even their creators don't believe.
