Low-Quality Traffic
Low-quality traffic is when you’re getting visitors to your store, but they’re just not interested in what you’re selling. First, check how many visitors you are getting.

If you have less than 500 visitors with zero conversions, then you just need to focus on getting more traffic. If you are getting a lot of clicks but still no conversions, the first thing to check is the quality of your traffic.

Sometimes it takes time for Google to figure out what your products are and who to show them to. Our job is to guide that algorithm and traffic to make this happen as quickly as possible.

No Add to Carts
The next problem you might have that’s causing high traffic but no sales in Shopify is that people are just not adding to the cart.

You know this is the case by looking at how many people add to cart and your add to cart ratio. It differs depending on the store, but usually, we see it in the range of 3 to 10%.

How do you view your add-to-cart rate? If you’re using the old Google Analytics, just open Google Analytics and go to Conversions, then Ecommerce and Shopping behavior.

Abandoned Carts
You could be getting customers adding to cart, but still not enough are checking out through your checkout. This only means that there could be some issues, including:
Cart not working
Shipping price
Unexpected costs
Product price too high
Checkout is not trustworthy
Device and page size differences - Traffic source majority mobile

Those are the 3 big causes why you're not getting any sales on Shopify, but now you’ve got a whole bag of strategies to use to increase your cart completion rates.
