Описание: Baldwin van Gorp took the stage to enlighten us about framing. He is a professor of journalism at the Institute for Media Studies at KU Leuven, and since he started his dissertation in 1999 he is passionately working on the concept of framing. “After my PhD defence, I tried to get rid of it. But that did not work out. And at this point, I don’t even want to stop anymore. Let me explain to you what you can do with framing, how it works, but especially how the notion can expand your view of the world.” This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
