Welcome to our Tuesday night virtual Bible Study with Pastor Downing and the New St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. We’re grateful that you’ve chosen to join us tonight wherever you’re logging in from, you are part of this sacred space.
Tonight’s topic is “When Things Change,” coming from Malachi 3:6, where God declares: “For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.”
We’re living in a season where everything around us seems to be shifting; relationships change, circumstances change, plans change, even people change. Yet in the midst of all that movement, God makes a powerful and comforting promise: He does not change.
Tonight, we’ll explore what it means to anchor our faith in an unchanging God while navigating a constantly changing world—and how that truth brings stability, hope, and assurance when life feels uncertain.
