Welcome to Sensible Secondhand Classics, the series where we take a sensible classic car worth between £1000 and £5000 and put it through its paces in a very straightforward manner! This time, as we drive a 1998 Volvo V70 (P1) 2.3 T5 SE (Modified to R Specification), we get confused about different engine options (again), deal with very firm suspension, discover some very nice special glasses, get confused about turbochargers and cylinder heads and generally experience little of any consequence at all. Nothing untoward then!
