100cc Banana Cup: N64 Royal Raceway.
On the first lap, I got hit by two Red Shells in a row. Always annoying. I almost restarted, but I remembered this is Mario Kart. You usually have a good chance of catching up to take 1st.
On the third lap, as I feared: incoming Blue and Red Shells! I got lucky on my roulette spins and got a Super Horn to take care of the pesky Blue Shell, and a Green one to take care of the Red Shell right before the finish line.
Looks like I would've made it before getting hit, but better to not give them the satisfaction, right? :)
