If anyone is wondering where the song she is humming originated from, it’s a russian lullaby called Bayu Bayushki Bayu or the Russian Wolf Lullaby.
From what I've gathered the hum is cut content, but could be encountered in the game due to a glitch in earlier versions of the game. The audio I used is from the japanese dub, as I find it the most soothing out of them all. Each language the game was dubbed in, has their respective voice actresses doing the hum and they all sound a little different. Give it a listen if you are interested in hearing the different hums:
