This beautiful and hummable composition comes from the music composer duo Sapan Jagmohan. Excellent rendition from Kishore Kumar doing justice to such beautiful and romantic lyrics penned by Mahendra Dehlvi. The song is picturized on the lead actor Prosenjit (Prasenjit) Chatterjee, one of the leading actors in modern Bengali cinema. The Bengali counterpart of this song is "Dhua Dhua...Pari Na Soite" and sung by Kishore Kumar. Sapan Jagmohan The Bengali counterpart film is "Jyoti" and the Bengali songs were very popular. Sapan Jagmohan gave the music for the Bengali film also.
