Clear skies and no wind greeted this freight train as it struggled to the summit tunnel of the JingPeng Pass in February 2004 but one hour earlier, when I filmed it at SanDi level crossing, the weather was wild and snowy.
This section usually takes about 30-35 minutes for freights but this fierce contest with the from ascent from SanDi provided me with some stunning video
