Quite a big change in terms of balance, it would be quicker to count the characters that hasn't been adjusted than to count the ones that has been changed. A new game every patch as they say. Attackers got a buff while scissors all got a nerf across the board. God knows what will happen on release and which changes will make it/which changes will be added.

Lilith is bloody hot. Seems like people are enjoying her. Also the game adds this stuff because CN plays outbreak unlike global.
