Описание:
Tie one end of an elastic around the leg, just above the knee cap. Tie the other end of the elastic around a stable object behind you. Move forward to create tension in the band.
Start the movement with one foot behind you, pushing through the floor and bringing the leg forward to touch the heel on the ground.
The goal is to keep the kneecap pointing forward at all times and to extend the knee fully upon ground contact.
Always keep you trunk/pelvis stable.
