Making Omelette from "The Hundred-Foot Journey" movie

Ahh the omelette. What better way to test one's culinary foundations.. French omelette with an asian twist from one of my fav movies. Give it a go and let me know how you fare!
Ingredients:
3 Large Eggs
40ml Cooking Cream
1 Handful Italian Parsley
2 Bird Eye Chilies (Sliced)
2 Tbsp Sliced Spring Onion
2 Tsp Paprika
1 Knob of Butter
Salt to season
Instructions:
1. Chop the parsley, slice the chilies and spring onion.
2. Whisk the eggs, add the ingredients in two batches, first with the paprika, parsley and salt, light whisk then spring onion and chilies.
3. Melt the butter on the pan in low heat (important not to burn or brown the omelette; no sizzle).
4. Stir the omelette while moving the pan around gently.
5. Add spring onions.
6. Fold, gently tapping the hilt of the pan to move it to the edge for easier folding
7. Grab the pan palm facing up, flip the egg onto a plate.
8. Brush with butter.
