There is an overwhelming amount of conflicting nutritional information, opinions, and strategies circulating online that are all aimed at improving gut health. I felt like I was drowning in this sea of information myself when I was battling severe Ulcerative Colitis. Now that I'm on the other side of IBD, I decided to create a streamlined gut microbiome and digestive health crash course. Biome Optima™ explains my understanding of the inflammatory cascade that leads to IBD based on current available research. It also explains the nutritional tactics that I formulated based on this understanding and independent study to achieve and maintain clinical remission.
