The TEMPUR-breeze line of Tempurpedic mattresses is their top of the line offering. Their medium hybrid model has springs as part of its base which is rare in a Tempurpedic mattress. It gives the mattress a softer feel and allows you to sink into it faster than the all-foam versions. It doesn't take away the pressure relief from the top layers either. I think you would be hard-pressed to know that this mattress has springs if it wasn't listed but it does have a distinctly different feel than the all-foam versions and for that reason is better suited to side sleeping.
