Welcome back to our Self-Sufficient Life in the English Countryside.
I am participating in the #threeriverschallenge [not to go to the Grocery Store for the month of January].
We are living off the land around here and using up what we have or what we can grow in each season. Our pantry is now full of homegrown produce so lots of comfort food coming up the next couple of months.

Today I will bring you along in a day of a self-sufficient wife and show you my morning routine and a few daily tasks, like processing our raw goats milk.
As part of the #pantrychallenge I am showing you what we eat every day for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Breakfast: Homemade yoghurt
Lunch: Sandwich served with red Sauerkraut
Dinner: Soup with Sourdough bread
In this vlog I am making homemade dog food from scratch, sourdough bread, and prepping for the following day.
