1️⃣ First Kalima – Tayyibah (کلمہ طیبہ)
Arabic:
لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّٰهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَّسُولُ ٱللَّٰهِ
Transliteration:
La ilaha illallahu Muhammadur Rasoolullah
Meaning:
There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad (ﷺ) is the Messenger of Allah.
2️⃣ Second Kalima – Shahadat (کلمہ شہادت)
Arabic:
أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَّا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّٰهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ
Transliteration:
Ashhadu an la ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahu wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan abduhu wa rasooluhu
Meaning:
I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, He is One and has no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad (ﷺ) is His servant and Messenger.
3️⃣ Third Kalima – Tamjeed (کلمہ تمجید)
Arabic:
سُبْحَانَ ٱللَّٰهِ وَٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّٰهِ وَلَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّٰهُ وَٱللَّٰهُ أَكْبَرُ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّٰهِ ٱلْعَلِيِّ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
Transliteration:
Subhanallahi walhamdulillahi wa la ilaha illallahu wallahu akbar, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billahil aliyil azeem
Meaning:
Glory be to Allah, all praise is for Allah, there is no god but Allah, Allah is the Greatest, and there is no power or strength except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great.
4️⃣ Fourth Kalima – Tauheed (کلمہ توحید)
Arabic:
لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّٰهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ ٱلْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ ٱلْحَمْدُ يُحْيِۦ وَيُمِيتُ وَهُوَ حَىٌّ لَّا يَمُوتُ أَبَدًا أَبَدًا ذُو ٱلْجَلَالِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ بِيَدِهِ ٱلْخَيْرُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Transliteration:
La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu, yuhyi wa yumeetu, wa huwa hayyun la yamootu abadan abada, zul jalali wal ikram, biyadihil khair, wa huwa ala kulli shay’in qadeer
Meaning:
There is no god but Allah, He is One and has no partner. His is the kingdom and for Him is all praise. He gives life and causes death. He is Ever-Living and never dies. Owner of Majesty and Honor. In His hand is all good, and He has power over everything.
5️⃣ Fifth Kalima – Astaghfar (کلمہ استغفار)
Arabic:
أَسْتَغْفِرُ ٱللَّٰهَ رَبِّي مِن كُلِّ ذَنبٍ أَذْنَبْتُهُ عَمْدًا أَوْ خَطَأً سِرًّا أَوْ عَلَانِيَةً وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنَ ٱلذَّنبِ ٱلَّذِي أَعْلَمُ وَمِنَ ٱلذَّنبِ ٱلَّذِي لَا أَعْلَمُ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ عَلَّامُ ٱلْغُيُوبِ وَسَتَّارُ ٱلْعُيُوبِ وَغَفَّارُ ٱلذُّنُوبِ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّٰهِ ٱلْعَلِيِّ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
Transliteration:
Astaghfirullaha rabbi min kulli zambin aznabtuhu amdan aw khata’an sirran aw alaniyatan wa atubu ilaih…
Meaning:
I seek forgiveness from Allah, my Lord, from every sin I committed knowingly or unknowingly, secretly or openly, and I turn to Him in repentance…
6️⃣ Sixth Kalima – Radd-e-Kufr (کلمہ ردِ کفر)
Arabic:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ أَنْ أُشْرِكَ بِكَ شَيْئًا وَأَنَا أَعْلَمُ بِهِ وَأَسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِمَا لَا أَعْلَمُ بِهِ تُبْتُ عَنْهُ وَتَبَرَّأْتُ مِنَ ٱلْكُفْرِ وَٱلشِّرْكِ وَٱلْكِذْبِ وَٱلْغِيبَةِ وَٱلْبِدْعَةِ وَٱلنَّمِيمَةِ وَٱلْفَوَاحِشِ وَٱلْبُهْتَانِ وَٱلْمَعَاصِي كُلِّهَا وَأَسْلَمْتُ وَأَقُولُ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّٰهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَّسُولُ ٱللَّٰهِ
Transliteration:
Allahumma inni a’uzu bika min an ushrika bika shai’an wa ana a’lamu bihi…
Meaning:
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from associating anything with You knowingly, and I ask forgiveness for what I do unknowingly…
