It was around this area I started my real estate journey and I'm pleasantly surprised with this visit. The entire landscape changed after the completion of MRT and connection to DUKE highway along Jalan Kepong, this results in many new projects coming up within the area.

This address has been infamous for it's high population and congestion. That's because of it's aged infrastructures. The roads are narrow and it's generally controlled using traffic lights. But for locals including myself back then, it's just exciting and convenient to live here. The entire location is just so matured.

I really enjoyed the facility deck and the unit layout of the project, just that I wished they could tweak the structural elements a little bit more so that the carpark could be way more efficient, the corridors will feel better with larger voids, and the experience to the pool will be better. Until now I still don't understand why they need the door in the living room.

Anyway, it's so exciting to witness how MRT transformed an old address into a much connected one.
