M/S of the Duke of Northumberland (Henry George Percy) digging a clump of earth with a spade as a small crowd gathered around him watches; everyone cheers and claps as the sod of earth is lifted from the ground. The Duke is then escorted to a small stage with a table and chairs set out on it.
