Filmed on 7 and 8 July 2004 shows 67024 - 37421 at Edinburgh Waverley on the Aberdeen and Fort William sleeper services before moving on to Prestonpans on the ECML to the east of Edinburgh to see the early morning freight services and 90029 - 90030 on North Berwick - Edinburgh services.
Next a quick look at a very overgrown Millerhill before moving to Dalmeny on the south side of the Forth Bridge and finally stopping of at Falkirk Grahamston to see a good selection of different freight trains and 67004 - 37418 on the early morning sleepers to Inverness and Fort William.
