Forecasters say the coldest part of the next several days will be the mornings, with wind chills in the teens and even below zero in parts of northeast Oklahoma. Tulsa started the day around 18 degrees, while Pahuska dipped into the single digits, and it felt even colder with the wind.

HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Very cold mornings through at least Tuesday, with teens and 20s statewide
• Wind chills below zero in parts of Green Country
• Afternoon highs bouncing between the 30s, 40s and low 50s
• Another cold front arrives later today, with colder air settling in overnight
• Dry pattern continues, keeping fire danger concerns in play

The forecast stays up and down through the week, with brief warmups followed by more cold air heading toward Friday and Saturday. Rain chances remain slim, about 20% late week, which won’t do much to ease drought conditions.
