On 23rd July, a vice governor of the Primorsky region, Sergey Nekhaev, and president of the Chinese group, Si Ling Cheng, held negotiations on this issue. an agreement on the Chinese builders’ participation in the projects of “Primorskoye Ring” and “Primorye” gambling zone was reached over the course of the meeting.
