The city of Strasbourg is one of the four capitals of the European Union next to Brussels, Luxemburg and Frankfurt. Strasbourg has EU institutions like the Council of Europe, the European Court of Human Rights, the European Audiovisual Observatory and the European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines.
