Today is a Sunday integration transmission — a tired body, a softer pace, and a lot moving beneath the surface. I share what happens when the nervous system comes out of deep contraction and begins expanding again — and why even positive expansion can feel intense in the body.

Yesterday, Simba and I spent the day in nature at a mountain festival beside a waterfall. The space was regulating, spacious, and deeply grounding. I could feel a clear “before and after” in my system. Today, my body is processing that expansion.
