How to Make Yellow Cab's Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta

Описание: Yellow Cab Pizza is a restaurant in the Philippines, their famous Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta, Dear Darla Pizza and Ice Cream selections are my favorites in their menu. Unfortunately, for those working abroad, they only get to taste it every time they go back home. Here is the recipe of their Charlie Chan Pasta so that you can make anytime you crave for it. It is not as good but still yummy! Enjoy! :)

Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
500 grams Spaghetti Pasta
400 grams Chicken Breast
150 grams Shitake or Button Mushroom
1 cup Unsalted Roasted Peanuts
1 ¼ cup Oyster Sauce
¼ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Water
¼ cup Sesame Oil
3 tablespoon Char siu
1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
¼ cup Spring Onion
1 piece Onion
1 bulb Garlic
1/2 cup Olive Oil

Notes:
1. It might be a bit difficult to find char siu and chilli garlic sauce but try looking in your nearest Asian store. I used lee kum kee products for both the char siu and chilli garlic.
