Описание: More excitement when desired, sophisticated when required. Our Valved Exhaust System incorporates a high-flow harmonic dampening resonator and optimized 3″ valves open flow path to increase flow for better response and enhanced exhaust character without drone.⁣

In this video our GTS is equipped with our 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 and the whoosh sound on throttle lift is a result of our 𝐕𝐓𝐀 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐢𝐩𝐞 which vents boost to the atmosphere.⁣ We've made our own custom SOUL Forged RUF inspired wheels for our GTS as well.

We start off driving the vehicle in normal mode with valves closed and change to sport mode and valves open options as the video continues.

The factory valves are electronically controlled unlike older “open or closed” vacuum style valves. Able to work variably, the valves will gradually open and close depending on several factors of engine operation. Even under full throttle application in Sport mode the valves will still not stay open 100% of the time. With this in mind it was imperative that our system have a smooth transition during valve operation. Expect exceptional sound and performance with no check-engine lights or need for an ECU tune or OBD killer device.⁣

Enlarged valves open pathway with 3″ mandrel bent, durable .065″” T304L stainless steel tubing (vs 2.75″ from the factory)⁣

Integrated high-flow harmonic dampening resonator to reduce undesirable frequencies across the RPM range⁣

Using next-generation metal 3D printing technology, we engineered 316L inlet and outlets to deliver optimum flow paths through the system⁣

Back purged TIG welding (with ARCAL™ Prime argon gas) ensures proper weld penetration for exceptional strength and longevity⁣

Water jet cut flanges are made to ISO 9001:2015 standards with ultra-tight tolerances of +/- 0.003 inches for extreme precision⁣
⁣
Fabricated using thick-gauge aluminum fixtures that act as a heat sink during the welding process to prevent any warpage⁣

Due to the integrated unequal length turbo manifolds, the GTS has a rich, deep character much like a new and improved new 930 Turbo with a hint of AMG 4.0TT V8. Our focus was to enrich the tone as much as possible given the exhaust configuration and create a noticeable delta between both valves opened and closed. This system delivers a tangible increase in volume and character with valves open while maintaining a refined level of volume with valves closed for cold start and “early morning neighborhood departure” scenarios. Overall, you can expect more sound throughout the RPM range and a smooth transition as the factory valve opens and closes while reducing any audible abruptness as the valves quickly shut on deceleration.⁣

𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 Undesirable cabin presence is kept to an absolute minimum for comfortable cruising conditions.⁣

Thanks to our long-term development 992.2 GTS and ample time developing our different options during R&D, we ensured that this exhaust system not only pairs well with an aftermarket downpipe upgrade at any point – you know you will – but will still effectively offer a refined presence with valves closed and an even more rambunctious valves open symphony.⁣
