Married at First Sight UK returns to E4 – and so does its juicy companion podcast

The love match show with a twist is back…

The wait is over. Married at First Sight UK is back on E4 from 21 September, promising more romance, drama and shock twists than ever before. And once again, fans don’t just get the show – they get the inside scoop too.

Returning alongside the new series is its companion podcast, MAFS UK: It’s Official! Hosted this year by none other than Lucinda Light – who first won hearts on MAFS Australia – the weekly 30-minute debrief is where no secret stays hidden.

Lucinda won’t be spilling the tea alone. Each episode, she’ll be joined by a different celebrity MAFS UK superfan to dissect the week’s weddings, walkouts and wild revelations. Expect plenty of gossip, speculation and laughter – plus visits from the brides and grooms themselves, as well as familiar faces from past series. The MAFS UK experts will also drop by to give their unfiltered takes on the new couples.

First up? TV personality and podcaster Liv Bentley joins Lucinda for the premiere edition.

“I’m so honoured to be a part of MAFS UK this year and I’m absolutely delighted to be hosting the weekly debrief for all the MAFS fans,” says Lucinda. “We’re going to have the most amazing time! I can’t wait to meet the new brides and grooms, get to know Charlene and Paul and catch up with the gorgeous Mel.”

The podcast, sponsored by travel provider TUI, drops weekly on Sundays straight after the main show airs, with the finale episode landing on a Thursday.
