The man accused of killing 87-year-old philanthropist Robert Fuller Jr. inside Cogir of Potomac senior living — and later opening fire on a Maryland State Police trooper — is set to face a judge for a bond hearing.
Prosecutors allege 22-year-old Maurquise James shot Fuller inside his apartment on Valentine’s Day and say ballistic evidence ties him to a separate shooting in Baltimore.
