How to make an easy cheesecake recipe for dessert that incorporates Asian ingredients. This no-bake cake has heavy cream, sugar, and cream cheese. Ingredients:
Filling:
1 &¼ Cup HEAVY whipping cream (you will get this joke if you watch the video)
3 8oz cream cheese blocks
½ cup sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tsp Vanilla extract
7 Tbsp Black Sesame Paste.
1 Tbsp Greek yogurt.
Crust:
12 sheets of Graham Crackers
3 Tbsp Black Sesame Paste
6 Tbsp Melted Butter
Procedure:
1. Crush graham crackers and put into a separate bowl. Mix it with the black sesame paste and melted butter.
2. Mold it into the cheesecake tin, it has to be super packed in. them freeze for 10 to 20 minutes
3. In a mixer with paddle attachment, add in cream cheese, greek yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, until smooth and creamy and light. It needs to be SMOOTH remove one third of the cream cheese to another bowl and mix in the black sesame.
4. Remove the cream cheese mixture and then add in whipped cream to the same bowl. With a whisked attachment, whip on high until stiff peaks. 4-5 minutes
5. Fold ⅓ of the whipped cream into the black sesame cream cheese, and fold in the rest into the plain cream cheese mixture.
6. In the cheesecake tin, add in ⅓ to a half of the original flavored cheesecake mixture, then dollop in ⅓ of the black sesame cream cheese in. drizzle in 1.5 tbsp of black sesame paste (optional). Swirl around with a chopstick or knife. Repeat for another 1-2 layers
7. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
