Today I am in Kananaskis Country and I am hiking the Prairie View to Jewell Pass loop trail. Due to the unusually warm weather we are having, this is like a 2 season hike. Next to no snow on the trail up to Prairie View, and a winter wonderland heading into Jewell Pass. This hike was 14.7 kilometers and had an elevation gain of 820 meters. I love doing loop trails as you experience different views on the entire hike. What a great hike.
