Well, I would say if you wanted to have less crowd and tourist and just chill by the beach then Hinugtan is your best bet. The water is turquoise blue, and the sand is white and fine. If you're looking for activities, night life and variety of food options then Boracay is best for you. But if I have more time, I would still visit this place and enjoy the vibe.
There is no internet connection in the area but piso net machines are everywhere. The place is still being developed - the perfect reason why you should visit, before it gets popular and crowded.
