Food in ESO will increase the maximum of your stats, while drinks will increase your recovery. The provisioning craft could also be know as the cooking profession.

In this guide I will explain what you need such as recipes, ingredients and a cooking fire. I'll also go over where to find recipes and the other items, as well explain how the PC UI is broken up.
