In this video, we dive into the use of French & Jupps speciality roasted and milled malts to produce a Porter with a rich character derived from French & Jupps Crystal Malt, Crystal 150, and Chocolate Malt, carefully selected to contribute to its deep colour, complex aroma, and satisfying taste profile, crucial in achieving the beer's signature notes of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and dried fruits with a hint of caramel sweetness.
