We spent the weekend (19 Oct 2024) camping at Kromrivier Cederberg Park. Our goal was just to enjoy the mountain scenery, do a bit of hiking and maybe tag one or in my case two new peaks. I definitely have not spent enough time in these mountains and need to come back to do some real exploring. The amount of peaks and trails you can access from the camp site is really insane and I already have a list to go back.
All in all it was a good weekend. Camping at Kromriver Park is awesome. It really feels like you are staying on a farm. Also Niew Brew makes the best beer in the world. Cant beat anything made with that pure mountain water.
