CASE sees rise in complaints against car-sharing providers

The Consumers Association of Singapore is calling for more protections for car-sharing users, following a rise in complaints against such service providers. In the first half of this year alone, the consumer watchdog received 106 complaints. This is more than twice the number of complaints it got in the whole of 2020.
