Описание: While running a baseline performance test on the Attune™ Flow Cytometer optimal voltages are obtained with the Baseline Functional Response (BFR) feature. This video walks the user through this process and potential outcomes. This feature enables users to quickly and easily obtain a suggested optimal voltage (PMTV value) for each detector based upon the minimum voltage required for the best signal. These values should be used as a starting point due to inherent variations in samples such as antigen brightness and expression levels. *Note baseline performance test can only be run on Admin or Advanced User accounts.
