Brooks Construction is committed to excellence, quality, and integrity. This is a time-lapse video of the reconstruction of a 3-sided box culvert over Clear Creek on SR 114 west of SR 9 in Whitley County, Indiana. Box culverts are hidden bridges that you rarely notice as you drive along country roads. The actual construction lasted about 6 weeks - but we've condensed it to just under 6 minutes! Please note: it is outdoor construction, so you will get to see some of the elements our crews deal with each day, like rain.
