Some people called it new construction cleaning, post reno cleaning or post remodeling cleaning. We got this job by the builder contractor who did upgrade and remodel this house. We have been working with this builder for 3 years. There are some times where the builder itself hire us and pay us for cleaning all the property and removing all the dine dust and clean all the surface, specially to clean the floor because more floors after renovation has haze or some pain on it. Well, in this case, the builder recommend us to the actual owner and he was the one who hire us and pay us. The new homeowner called us to do the inspection of the property and we gave him the price for a post construction, post remodeling cleaning. After pay attention of all the dust, blinds, molding and give him a reasonable price, we agreed to clean the house next Wednesday. A crew of 5 people plus me ( the supervisor and team leader) did the house in one day. We cover all the inside house. The contractor didn't finished to grout the tile. Our job was to focus on the dust on the walls, cabinets, blinds, molding surfaces, kitchen cabinets, clean and sanitize the 3 bathrooms, all baseboards, ceiling fans, vents. This house had a lot of windows and a lot of wood blinds. The procedure was to capture the dust with our commercial backpack vacuum with 4 level filtration and Hepa filtration to improve the indoor air.
