When I was writing, recording and performing A M M O for this music video, it was therapy. As an independent recording artist, I have been wanting a song like since forever. I want to thank my team who helped me make this happen. It was cleansing for my soul to create a song and video, that celebrates LIFE!

Ammo is for ANYONE who’s been mishandled , emotionally , financially , mentally, spiritually and/or physically — it’s okay to THUMBS UP this video or. to leave a comment. By doing so you help spread awareness, to STOP ALL ABUSE & BULLYING!

DV can happen to anyone. It happened to me. This video is only a scratch on the surface of what I went through. Yes, broken bones heal and bruises go away BUT i live with the scars everyday. I'm pleased to have found love and to have a family that unconditionally loves me. To think 7yrs ago I felt stuck, lost, broken inside. Now I feel so ALIVE!! Im so grateful for SURVIVING! It made me stronger. Wether your a victim of DV or ANY TOXIC situation , ALWAYS remember , that YOU got the “Ammo!” BREAK the SILENCE. END THE CYCLE.
