In this video, I went shopping at a Japanese supermarket in Japan and picked up some fresh sashimi, veggies, fruits, snacks and condiments. Then, I cooked a delicious Japanese home-style dish: Japchae with beef, vegetables, and glass noodles, and also shared easy melon decorated ideas!

How to Make Beef & Vegetable Japchae
1. Prepare ingredients
• Julienne the vegetables such as paprika and onion.
• Cut the beef slices into bite-sized pieces.
2. Stir-fry vegetables and beef
• Stir-fry the vegetables first.
• When they are partially cooked, add the beef and continue stir-frying.
• Add your seasonings (soy sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, etc.).
3. Cook the noodles
• Push the stir-fried ingredients to one side of the pan to make space.
• Add 400 ml of water and put the glass noodles in the water to cook.
4. Combine everything
• When the noodles are soft and cooked through, mix everything together evenly.
5. Finish
• Sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
• Serve and enjoy!
