KSrelief Orphan Support Project in Nigeria | Transforming the Lives of Vulnerable Children in Kwara

Описание: This video highlights the successful implementation of the humanitarian project “The Support of Orphans in the Federal Republic of Nigeria,” funded by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid & Relief Centre (KSrelief) and implemented by Abibakr As-Sidiq Philanthropic Home (ASPH) in partnership with the Kwara State Ministry of Social Development.

The project was designed to improve the welfare, dignity, and long-term resilience of orphaned and vulnerable children across Kwara State, Nigeria through integrated humanitarian support.

The intervention included:

• Educational support including school fees, uniforms, textbooks, and learning materials
• Healthcare access through partner hospitals and medical services
• Food security support for orphanage homes
• Shelter improvements and facility upgrades for orphanage homes
• Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) interventions
• Psychosocial support and recreational facilities for children
• Skills acquisition and livelihood training for adolescents

Through strong collaboration with government institutions, orphanage homes, and training centers, the project delivered meaningful improvements in the lives of vulnerable children and strengthened institutional care systems across the state.

This initiative reflects the continued humanitarian commitment of KSrelief to support vulnerable communities and promote sustainable development in Nigeria and around the world.
