#2 A Day in My Cabin Life | Scandinavian Winter Woods

Описание: One year ago I quit my job and my life in the city. Currently I'm living in the middle of nowhere, or more specifically, a cabin in the Norwegian mountains. I was looking for change and wanted to try out a different lifestyle. I wanted to live my life the way I prefer. I was longing for slow living, quiet days and a simple life in nature. But the reality is, this life is not just beautiful, it is hard work, can be difficult and we are struggling sometimes. It is about surviving sleeping alone in the dark cold nights in -25 and staying warm with a wood stove while being snowed in. It is also about basic needs, such as showering and going to the bathroom when it's stormy and you experience a power outage, meaning there is no electricity and no running water. But it's fun too! So here is a glimpse of my daily routine on a dark winters' day living in the snowy Norwegian mountains with 5 hours of daylight.
