Описание: This documentary tells the story of surfer Fabrizio Stabile and his wrongful death. Fabrizio's mother Rita Stabile is a client of Kherkher Garcia. The Houston injury trial lawyers of Kherkher Garcia secured Rita a significant confidential settlement for the wrongful death of her son, Fabrizio Stabile. The purpose of this lawsuit was to pursue justice for her son and to prevent further loss of life by raising awareness about his cause of death. He contracted the brain-eating amoeba known medically as Naegleria Fowleri at a surf park in Waco, Texas. The surf park tragically failed to maintain the water quality and acted negligently, resulting in Fabrizio’s wrongful death.
