1 Dungeness crab
10 slices of ginger
1 stalks spring onion
3 tbsp cornstarch
Oil for frying
Sauce: 👇Combine everything & set aside
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp sesame oil
8 tbsp water
1 tsp cornstarch
1/8 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
