This Runner's Lunge Stretch works to loosen the hips, legs, and trunk, and can feel great after a run or any workout!
Position yourself in a high plank on your hands and toes. Swing one leg forward and place that leg in a lunge position. Twist your torso towards the lunging leg and lift the same side arm towards the ceiling. Hold and breathe. Repeat as many reps as needed on this side, then switch sides.
