A peaceful walk around/through Ellinor Village turned into chaos when Mike "The Perv" Schmidt ran his vehicle towards me, gaining speed, crossing into oncoming lane, onto entire sidewalk, missing me by inches. Coming in so fast, when hitting brakes, car jerks! As a sheriff is passing by, Mike "The Perv" Schmidt, and Only, Mike "The Perv" Schmidt waved him over, then another sheriff shows up. Then in comes an Ormond Beach police officer pulling up. Must have been Andy Miller and/or Jennifer Santilli called for Ormond PD. OH BOY, then Andy Miller shows up spewing something about me, you know, just out for a walk on a public sidewalk while holding a sign. It's not slander when true. It's not harassment expressing a Google Review live on the streets. Or telling the TRUTH about my experience with MILLER REAL ESTATE, INC. Mike "The Perv" Schmidt, Corrie "Crack Corn and I don't Care" MULLIN, Keith "Piss Pants Boy". OH, how the truth hurts, or why be so upset and try to have someone arrested for exercising their 1st amendment right? 500.00 reward for info on where CORRIE MULLIN can be found and arrested. Got Fire Marshall report, through an open records request, and looks like the fire on Rockefeller Dr on Dec. 6th, 2023, was not a Miller property. Also looks like no cause determined. Was not sure if it was a Miller property, that's why the ORR. Always good to do some research, if not totally positive on a matter mentioned. FIRE/EVICT MIKE "THE PERV" SCHMIDT!! Allegedly a registered sex offender, believe the address is 30 Byron Ellinor. It's in a video posted, with pic at Ormond Beach Police Station lobby wall.
