Enjoy as a light meal replacement with your protein powder in a shaker cup!

Chocolate Chip Oa Banana Bread/Cake
8 Servings = 362 Calories
41g Carbs / 15g fat / 19g protein
2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats (ground into flour)
3 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (use MRM it is safe for baking)
3 grams of Baking Powder
3 Tsp Cinnamon
3 Medium Ripe Bananas (smashed)
6 Large Egg Whites
1.5 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbs Raw Honey
90 grams Enjoy Life Chocolate Chunks
106 grams Walnuts (crushed)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine and mix into a large mixing bowl the old fashioned oats, whey protein, baking powder, cinnamon. In a separate mixing bowl smash your bananas and mix in egg whites, vanilla extract, honey, chocolate chips and walnuts. Add your wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until combined. Add mixture into the baking dish if your choice (I used a bundt pan). Bake for 45-60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean from the bread/cake. Let the cake cool for 20 minutes before removing from the pan.
