💰 How the Funds are Distributed:
The ₹5,000 assistance is provided in two installments directly to the beneficiary:

1st Installment (₹3,000): Given after registering the pregnancy at an Anganwadi center or Government Hospital and completing the first Antenatal Care (ANC) medical checkup.

2nd Installment (₹2,000): Given after the child's birth is officially registered and the first phase of vaccinations (up to 14 weeks) is completed.

Special Bonus for Girl Child: To encourage and celebrate the birth of girl children, if the mother's second child is a girl, the government provides a single installment of ₹6,000!

✅ Who is Eligible to Apply?
To qualify for this scheme, applicants must meet specific criteria. You are eligible if you fall under any of these categories:

Families with an annual income of less than ₹8 Lakhs.

Holders of BPL (Below Poverty Line) Ration Cards or NFSA Ration Cards.

Women belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST).

Working women who hold an e-Shram card.

MGNREGA (100 days of work) job card holders.

Beneficiaries of the Ayushman Bharat (Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana) scheme.

Female farmers benefiting from the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme.

Women with a 40% or higher disability.

Anganwadi workers, helpers, and ASHA workers.

❌ Who is NOT Eligible?
Permanent employees of the Central Government, State Government, or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

Women who are already receiving similar maternity financial assistance from other government schemes.
