Ingredients:-
2 tbsp. Oil
1 tsp. Cumin Seeds
2 Onions, finely chopped
1 Green chilly
Coriander leaves
Salt, to taste
150 gms. Broad Beans (Soak in water overnight and tie in a muslin cloth)
Water


Method:-
In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, onions, coriander and saute.
Cook for 2 minutes until the onion turns soft.
Now add the mix masala, salt, broad beans and water.
Cover with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Then boil again for 5-10 minutes covered with a lid.
Garnish with coriander and serve.

Valache Birde is ready to eat!
