Описание: SMPS Output voltage Fluctuation / Switch Mode Power Supply Output Not Regulated. smps output fluctuation term is used when the output voltage of switch mode power supply are not being regulated properly. not regulated amplitude of the output in any smps is called fluctuation. i explained in urdu hindi language.
it may be due to many reasons
1. main dc capacitor is internally open circuit
2. vcc capacitor of smps ic is open internally
3. vcc circuit / bias circuit / auxiliary circuit is open circuit
4. output circuit have some short circuit capacitor
5. feedback circuit is not working properly, it may be due to reference circuit, TL431 reference, or optocoupler or its related components

in this video i demonstrated How To Repair Switch Mode Power Supply SMPS When Low OutPut Voltage & Fluctuation. it is a KA7500 / TL494 based push pull topology power supply, in this power supply that output was 5 volt instead of 12 volt. the output was unregulated and fluctuating. i found both smoothing dc capacitors open circuit. i replaced the capacitors and the supply started working normally.
