Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said Senate Democrats are united behind a set of reforms aimed at reining in ICE operations and ending what they describe as escalating violence. Schumer called for ending roving patrols, tightening warrant rules, and requiring ICE to coordinate closely with state and local law enforcement.
